Rewards Policy

1. Nature of rewards

Rewards are amounts granted for taking part in eligible activities. They are not income, interest, dividends or a financial return, and there is no guarantee of amount, frequency or continuity.

2. Eligibility

• An active account with accurate details and a valid FaucetPay email address.
• Compliance with the limits and intervals defined for each activity.
• No signs of automation, multiple accounts or tampering.

3. Records and auditing

Every reward creates an individual record with date, amount and source. Balances are never editable by users: credits come only from completed activities and debits only from payout requests.

4. Payout requests

• A minimum amount applies and is shown before confirmation.
• Fees may apply and are also shown before confirmation.
• The estimated processing time is shown with the request.
• Declined requests have their amount returned to the balance.

5. Refusal and cancellation

The platform may decline requests and cancel rewards in the event of rule violations, signs of abuse, incorrect details or unavailability of the payout provider.

6. Changes

Amounts, limits, fees and activities may change at any time. Changes apply to participation that takes place after publication.
