1. About the platform

Emerald Rewards is a platform for taking part in eligible activities that may generate rewards in USDT, delivered through FaucetPay. The platform is not a financial institution, does not act as an intermediary for financial products, and offers no savings account or promise of return.

2. Account and accurate information

• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Users must provide accurate information, including their FaucetPay email address.
• Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• Accounts with false information may be suspended without prior notice.

3. Activities and rewards

Each activity has rules, limits and an amount defined at the time of participation. Availability may change at any time. There is no guarantee of any reward, minimum amount per period, or continuity of any activity.

4. Balance and payout requests

• Balances are changed by the system only, with an audit record.
• Requests are subject to a minimum amount, fees and review.
• Payouts depend on platform rules and FaucetPay availability.
• Suspicious requests may be declined and investigated.

5. Misuse

Automation, multiple accounts, parameter tampering and any method that circumvents the rules are prohibited. Attempted abuse may result in account suspension and cancellation of associated rewards.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the current version.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is not liable for outages of third-party services, including FaucetPay, or for incorrect information provided by the user.
